KOTA KINABALU: A proposal for the establishment of a special tribunal to deal with native land claims in Sabah has received positive response from the state government. Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman believes it will complement the various initiatives taken by the state government, such as the issuance of communal land titles, to the natives. "As a caring government which has the interest of the natives at heart, we (state government) will certainly look into the proposal," he said after chairing the state action committee meeting here yesterday.
